How long is it going to take to get my order

I ordered 4 items I only got 3 when I contacted xplusewear the told me I have to pay $1 to get my questions about my refund or status of the Miss item but the tried to take $29 off my card to cover th
Not happy Because I only received three of my items and no update on the missing item and Im having a problem with getting through to Customer Service because Im being charged one dollar and then $29 for them to answer my questions which Ive never heard of Customer Service should be free now I got three of my items. Dont know where the other one is and I cant get in touch with anybody for a refund because Im being charged on top of missing items and money not returned.

Checking on order to see if its been delivered

The Quality of the clothes is really bad I mean the T-shirt is See through It doesnt have a Washing label it does not have a sign where it says the name of the company or of the clothing is literally just an(L). The clothes dont fit the size they are meant to be because I am an L it says on it but its definitely XL so it doesnt fit.
